托由堤和暂基托2部分组成,因而合称为"托"。其中前者模拟的是未来全口义齿人工牙列,后者模拟的是义齿基托。本文分别介绍暂基托和堤的具体制作方法。对于暂基托的制作,本文首次提出对于下颌牙槽嵴低平患者应对暂基托边缘进行软衬,以实现良好基托边缘封闭,提高颌位关系记录过程中暂基托的稳定性。对于堤的制作,文中介绍了应用一种日常工具-油漆铲刀进行快速制作,并具体介绍了堤的制作要求与步骤。
