应用G-Storm GS1 PCR仪进行禽流感病毒检测的研究

RESEARCH OF BIRD FLU VIRUS BY G-STORM GS1 PCR

目的:应用G-Storm GS1 PCR仪研究禽流感病毒检测的方法。方法:采用RT-PCR技术检测禽流感病毒。结果:通过此法可以准确检测出禽流感病毒。结论:应用G-Storm GS1 PCR仪建立检测禽流感病毒的方案是可行的。

Objective：To research the way of determining bird flu virus by G - Storm GS1 PCR. Methods：Bird flu virus were determined by RT. PCR. Results：Bird flu virus were determined by this way. Conclusion：The scheme of determining bird flu virus by G - Storm GSI PCR was feasible.
