摘要
用D564树脂分离青海南翼山油田卤水中的硼,考察了卤水pH值、流速对B2O3吸附量的影响以及酸浓度、流速对B2O3洗脱的影响。结果表明:在pH=8,流速为2mL/min时,B2O3的吸附率可达99.4%;用1mol/L H2SO4以2mL/min的流速洗脱时,B2O3的解脱率达98.0%;整个过程B2O3的总回收率为97.4%。
In the experiments,boron was separated from Qinghai Nanyishan oilfield brine by using D564 resin.Influences of brine pH and flow rate on B2O3 adsorption capacity and influences of acid concentration and flow rate on B2O3 elution rate were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the pH was equal to 8,and the flow rate was 2 mL/min,the adsorption rate of B2O3 was 99.4%;when elution was carried out by 1 mol/L H2SO4 with flow rate 2 mL/min,the elution rate of B2O3 was 98.0%;in the process of adsorption and elution,the total recovery rate of B2O3 was 97.4%.
