摘要
复合型苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒制剂主要由苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(AcNPV)和斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(PlNPV)两株病毒毒株和苏云金杆菌(Bt)按一定比例复合而成,经单一型、复合型病毒制剂的毒力测定比较,获得增效比值为5.1~9.5的最佳配比,并以甜菜夜蛾为宿主进行扩大增殖形成雏型产品(SBN-3)。经田间试验表明,对甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua Hübner、斜纹夜蛾Prodenia litura Fabricius、菜螟Hellula undalis Fabricius的防治效果达90%以上,对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella Linnaeus、菜粉蝶Artogeia rapae (Linnaeus)的防治效果达80%~85%以上。
AcNPV (Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus), P1NPV (Prodenia litura nucleopolyhedrovirus) and Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) preparation were mixed together in certain proportion, to make a NPV compound used for biocontrol. The results of virulence test showed that the synergism of this mixture were 5. 1 and 9. 5 times as many as those of AcNPV and P1NPV along to Autographa califounica and Prodenia litura correspondingly. This NPV compound was propagated in the larvae of beet army-worm Spodoptera exigua (Hiibner) as its host and formed the primary products SBN-3. The results of this NPV compound in field tests showed that the mortalities of 5. exigua, P. litura and Hellula undalis Fabricius were more than 90% ?and those of Plutel-la xylostella L. and Artogeia rapae (L. ) attained to 80% -85%.
