摘要
球孢白僵菌(Beauweriabassiana)的6个菌株(bbsg8702、bbsg8701、bb-sg8801、bbdnu8803、bbdn8804和bbdn8806)对桃蚜(Myzuspersicae)的生物测定证明,所测朱对桃蚜具有毒力。运用时间-剂量-死亡率模分析死亡率随时间和剂量的变化趋势,菌株bbsg8702对桃蚜的毒力最强,其次是bbsg8801、bbdn8806。
Virulence of six aphid-derived isolates of Beauveria bassiana against the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae was bioassayed in the laboratory. All the isolates tested were capable of infecting M. persicae. A time-dose-mortality model (or complementary log-log model)was used for analyzing the variation of mortality rates as affected by both time and dosage. The results showed the relative virulence of the six isolates in the following order: bbsg8702 > bbsg8801> bbdn8806 > bbdn8804 > bbdn8803 > bbsg8701. Time-dependent LC50 curves and dose-dependent LT50 curves were given for each of the isolates. Eight days after inoculation, the LC50 for the six isolates were between 1. 20x 104 -1. 55X106 conidia/ml. With a dose of 106 conidia/ml concentration the LT50's for the 6 isolates ranged from 3. 7 to 8. 9 days. Thus, some of the B. bassiana isolates were recognized highly virulent to M. persicae.
