食物对荔枝蝽生殖和存活的影响

EFFECTS OF FOOD ON REPRODUCTION AND SURVIVAL OF TESSARATOMA PAPILLOMA (DRURY)

食物显著地影响荔枝蝽的卵巢发育、产卵量和成虫的产卵期寿命。罩养于荔枝树花(果)枝上,荔枝蝽每雌平均产卵222.3粒,净增殖率为110.57;雌、雄成虫的平均寿命分别为96.25和93.19d。罩养于嫩枝上者,每雌平均产卵193.4粒,净增殖率为96.26;雌、雄成虫的平均寿命分别为89.69和89.25d。罩养于老枝上的成虫不能产卵,雌、雄成虫的平均寿命分别为70.44和70.31d。在花(果)枝上罩养14d后转移至老枝上的雌虫,每雌平均产卵21粒;罩养7d后转移至老枝上的雌虫不能产卵。荔枝蝽取食花(果)枝或嫩枝后所产卵粒的孵化率无差异,均在95％以上。

There were significant effects of the food on the development of ovary, fecundity and longevity during oviposition period of Tessaratoma papiUoma (Drury), a serious stink bug damaging on litchi Litchi chinensis. As the stink bug were caged and reared on flowering/fruiting branches of litchi, its fecundity, net reproduction rate and mean longevity of female/male were 222. 3 eggs/female, 110. 57 and 96. 25/93. 19 days, respectively, while the stink bug fed on tender branches, all the three parameters went down to 193. 4 eggs/female, 96. 26 and 86. 96/89. 25 days , respectively. As the stink bug were caged and reared on old branches, it did not lay any egg, and the mean longevity even went down to 70. 44/70. 31 days. After the stink bug fed on flowering/ fruiting branches for 14 days, the insect pest was transferred to feed on old branches , only 21 eggs/female were laid, as the feeding time on flowering/fruiting branches was shortened to 7 days before the transference to old branches, the female adult did not lay egg. There was no difference between the hatching rates of eggs (>95%) from the females fed on flowering/fruiting and tender branches.
