摘要
在聚丁二酸乙二酯- 硫氰化钠(PESC- NaSCN) 络合物中了掺入分散第二相ZrO2 ,而ZrO2 的含量及颗粒度对络合物电导率的影响很大。当颗粒度为0 .537 μm 左右时,电导率比纯PESC- NaSCN 高两个数量级,颗粒度为1 .435 μm 和2 .437 μm 左右时,电导率均比纯PESC- NaSCN 低。ZrO2 与络合物重量比为0 .30 时,电导率最大。这种现象可用空间电荷层的高电导层理论的连续沟通模型来解释。
The solid electrolytes of PESC-NaSCN polymer with were prepared with adding ZrO 2 powders of different contents and sizes. The effect of dispersed second phase particles on the electrical conductivity of PESC-NaSCN has been investigated. It is found that the conductivity of PESC-NaSCN is changed by the addition of DSPP. ZrO 2/PESC+NaSCN =0.30 , the maximum conductivity appears. When the size of ZrO 2 powders were 1.435 μm and 2.437 μm ,the conductivities were lower than that of pure sample. the size of ZrO 2 was 0.537 μm, the conductivity is higher than that of pure sample. The effect of DSPP on conductivities can be explained by the continuous pass model based on the space charge layer theory.
