摘要
用 3龄菜青虫对曼陀罗、泽漆、苍耳、天名精等 1 2种杀虫植物的提取液进行了室内杀虫活性的测定。结果表明 :曼陀罗叶和泽漆植株的提取液对菜青虫的触杀作用和胃毒作用均很强 ,其触杀死亡率分别达到 84 .4 %和 75.5%,而其胃毒死亡率则分别高达 92 %和 88%。苍耳植株提取液 ( 53 mg/kg)对菜青虫的胃毒作用最高 ,达到 94 %,但其触杀死亡率只有 57.8%。天名精、乌桕叶、苦楝叶和番茄叶则对菜青虫有较强的拒食作用 ,拒食率分别高达 92 .9%、92 .1 %、91 .3 %和 87.6%。苍耳和曼陀罗的拒食活性则较小 ,但对菜青虫生长发育的抑制作用则较强 ,处理后 72 h其生长比率也只有 3 8.7%和 4 1 .2 %。
Extracts from 12 insecticidal plant species were tested for the insecticidal activities against Pieris rapae. The results showed that extracts from Datura stramonium and Euphobia helioscopis possessed high effectiveness of stomach and contacting poison, and insects fed with the contaminated leaves with 53 mg·kg -1 of these extracts led 92% and 88% mortality ratio, respectively. Extract from Xanthium sibiricum possessed high effectiveness of growth inhibitory and stomach poison, but low effectiveness on antifeeding. Extracts from Carpesium abrotanoides and Lycopersicon esculentum showed high effectiveness on antifeeding and growth inhibition. Extracts from Sapium sebiferum and Melia azedarach also possessed high effectiveness of antifeedant.
