摘要
对夏谷穗长进行遗传模型分析结果表明,穗长符合加性一显性遗传模型,且以加性效应为主,其平均显性度为0.4504,属部分显性。对其选择的适宜世代进行估计,发现从F_3代可以进行选择,从F_4代选择时加性方差占遗传方差的比已达95%以上。
Ear length was used for genetic model analysis in summer millet. The result showed that ear length fit the model of additive-dominance and was mainly controled by additive gene, and belonged to partial dominamce. The mean dominant degree was 0.4504. The estimation was used for selective suitable generation of ear length, result showed that selection could be made in F3 generation. While the selection was made in F4 generation, the ratio of additive variance to genetic variance was more than 95% .
