离子取代对Ba(Zn_(1-x)Co_x)_2Fe_(16)O_(27)铁氧体μ_i-T曲线的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Ion Substitution of Ba(Zn(1-x) Co_x)_ 2Fe_(16)O_(27)Hexaferrite on the μ_i-T Curve

摘要 采用氧化物工艺制备Ba(Zn1- xCox )2Fe16O27六角铁氧体,通过不同含量Co2+ 、Cu2+ 对Zn2+ 的取代,发现平面型Ba(Zn1- xCox)2Fe16O27 的μi-T 曲线出现双峰(I、II).随着Co2+ 、Cu2+含量的增加,第II峰分别移向高温和低温.并通过Ba(Zn1- xCox)2Fe16O27的磁晶各向异性常数Ku1、Ku2、Ku3随温度T 的变化对实验结果进行了分析,所得结果对改善材料温度稳定性有实用价值. Tw o peaks (I、II) of μi-T curve have been found in the planar anisotropic Ba(Zn1- x Cox )2Fe16O27 hexaferrites prepared by ceram ic process in this paper, and the second peak IIm oves to highertem perature as Co2+ substitution increase, butas Cu2+ substitution increase itm oves to lowertem perature. Theexperim entresultscorrespond w ith the influence oftem perature on the m agnetic crystalline anisotropic constantKu1、 Ku2、Ku3, and are a greathelp to im proving thetem perature stability ofthe m aterials.
