摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)复合单体在过硫酸铵(APS)的引发下,改性皮胶原水解物,合成了接枝改性后的蛋白乳液。考察了引发剂(APS)浓度,蛋白与单体的质量比和丙烯酸酯单体配比对产物的接枝率(G%),接枝效率(E%),乳液平均粒度和Zeta电位的影响,测定了乳液黏度、稀释稳定性和pH值等参数。确定了乳液在各反应条件下的特点,有利于后期的交联固化处理,制备胶粘剂;用傅里叶红外光谱仪证明了丙烯酸酯成功接枝到了蛋白骨架上;TGA分析表明,纯的接枝产物具有明显的抗水性。
A kind of protein emulsion based on the grafted copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate onto the collagen hydrolysate was prepared using ammonium persulfate as an inorganic initiator in aqueous medium.Effects of the initiator concentration and the ratio of hydrolysates to monomer on the percentage of grafting(G%),the graft efficiency(E%) and the properties of emulsion,such as Zeta potential,particle size,pH,viscosity and stability of the emulsion,were also investigated.The properties of emulsion were obtained under various reaction conditions,which facilitated the crosslinking of grafted emulsion and the preparing of adhesive.FTIR spectra proved the existence of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-butyl acrylate) grafted polypeptide.Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the pure methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate-grafted protein clearly showed water-resistance property.
