On the Information Preservation Right

摘要信息保存权是对信息资源进行收集、存档、管理、处理,在满足一定的条件下提供服务,并确保资源能够提供长期利用的权利。从公共信息管理机构出发,阐述了信息保存权理论的正当性和对信息保存活动的指导意义。 Based on information right,this paper presents the meaning of information preservation right,which is defined as the right of collecting,archiving,managing,processing information resources to provide conditional services and ensure their long-term use.From the viewpoint of public information management agencies,it explains the legitimacy of information preservation right theory and its implications for information preservation activities.
