火焰矫正温度对低合金高强钢焊件组织及性能的影响 被引量:21

Effect of flame straightening temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of low-alloy high-strength steel weldment

摘要 依据实际火焰矫正温度,对焊后低合金高强钢试样采用低温、中温和高温三种矫正方式进行热模拟加热,并对火焰矫正后的焊接接头进行力学性能测试和金相组织观察。试验结果表明,中温矫正的效果最佳,焊接接头强度提高许多,韧性最好。其次是低温矫正。高温矫正的焊接接头强度最高,但其韧性最差。对于一般结构不复杂的低合金高强钢焊件,火焰矫正畸变选择中温矫正为宜。 Thermal simulation tests were carried out on low-alloy high-strength steel weldment samples according to the practical flame straightening temperature respectively with low,middle and high temperature.Mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joints after flame straightening were tested and observed.The results show that the effect of middle temperature straightening is the best,and the second is the low temperature one.Strength and toughness of the welded joint straightened at middle temperature are preferable.Strength of the welded joint straightened at high temperature is the highest,but its toughness is the lowest.For low-alloy high-strength steel weldments with simple structure,the middle temperature straightening is suitable.
