摘要
以磨损为主要失效形式的筛类产品,利用节能设备和质优价廉的渗硼剂进行渗硼处理。结果表明,淬火后产品具有高的表面硬度和基体强度,与渗碳、氮碳共渗等常规化学热处理相比,寿命提高4~8倍,成本仅增加15%左右。
Boronizing treatment test in energy-saving equipment with high quality and low price boronizing supply agent was carried out on sieve products with abrasion as a major failure mode.The results show that the boronized and quenched products have high surface hardness and high strength.Compared with the conventional surface treatment such as carburizing and nitrocarburizing,the service life can be improved 4~8 times and the cost only increases about 15%.
