摘要
采用金相显微镜和洛氏硬度计研究了不同退火温度对挤压态钎料Z53显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,对于具有双重晶粒形貌的这种合金,不能以单一的晶粒组织来判断其性能;经600℃×60 m in退火后,变形晶粒基本消失,形成了细小无变形等轴晶组织,此时合金的综合性能为最优,最适宜轧制。
Effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and hardness of extruded Z53 brazing filler metal was investigated using optical microscopy and hardness tester.Results show that the performance of the Z53 alloy with dual grain morphology can not be judged by a single grain structure,deformed grains of the alloy annealed at 600 ℃ for 60 min are disappeared and formed equiaxed grains,and the comprehensive property is the best to be suitable for rolling.
