摘要
通过室温拉伸试验、拉伸断口形貌观察、能谱成分分析、显微组织观察及化学成分检测,对LD10铝合金锻件横向塑性偏低及不均匀的原因进行分析。结果表明,热处理工艺改变后锻件的横向塑性性能并没有得到明显改善。密集分布的大块状脆性相是锻件横向塑性偏低的主要原因。脆性相的尺寸大小和分布主要受锻造变形程度和变形均匀性的影响。应改进工艺使锻件均匀变形,以提高锻件的横向塑性性能。
The cause of the poor and uneven transversal plastic property of LD10 aluminum alloy forgings was investigated by tensile testing,fracture observation,energy spectrum analysis and chemical composition detection.The results show that the change of the heat treatment process has little effect on the improvement of the transversal plastic property of forgings.The poor transversal plastic property is mainly attributed to the intensive distribution of massive brittle phase in the matrix.The size and distribution of brittle phase are affected primarily by the extent and uniformity of forging deformation.Thorough and homogeneous forging deformation can improve the transversal plastic property of forgings.
