摘要
对出现脆性断裂的HRB335热轧带肋钢筋进行了力学性能分析、化学成分分析、断口检验及金相分析。结果表明钢筋脆断原因是焊接过热致使焊条上药皮中元素熔入钢筋中使得焊缝区出现大块夹杂物和粗大马氏体异常金相组织,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Mechanical property tests,chemical composition analysis,fracture and metallographic analysis were carried out on the HRB335 hot rolled ribbed bars with brittle fractures.The results show that the overheating led to the compositions of surfacing metal in the welding rod melted into the bars and led to the massive inclusions and the abnormal microstructure of the coarse martensite appear in the weld zone are the main reasons for the brittle fracture of the steel bars,and the corresponding counter measures were put forward.
