摘要
目的研究海南血竭(Dragon′s blood from Dracaena cambodiana Pierreex Gagnep)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和半制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从海南血竭中提取分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为cambodianin C(1)、cinnabarone(2)、7,4′-二羟基黄酮(3)、3,4-二羟基烯丙基苯(4)和紫檀茋(5)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~5为首次从海南血竭中分离得到。抗菌活性测试结果表明:4和5对于金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)有较弱的抑制作用。
Dragon′s blood,known as a famous traditional medicine,has been used for the treatment of wounds,leucorrhea,fractures,diarrhea and piles as well as intestinal and stomach ulcers for a long time.Previous studies on the stem of Dracaena cambodiana had led to the isolation of a number of phenolic compounds and steroids.In an effort to search for new bioactive compounds from medicinal plants,the ethanol extract of Dragon′s blood from D.cambodiana was found to show antibacterial activities.In this paper,silica gel,sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatography and semi-prep HPLC were used to isolate the chemical constituents,and their structures were elucidated by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Five compounds were isolated and identified as cambodianin C(1),cinnabarone(2),7,4′-dihydroxy-flavone(3),3,4-dihydroxyallylbenzene(4) and pterostilbene(5).Compound 1 was a novel natural product,and compounds 2-5 were isolated from Dragon′s blood of D.cambodiana for the first time.Compounds 4 and 5 showed antibacterial activities agaist Staphylococcu aureus(SA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).
