麦草尿素-氢氧化钾化学机械法制浆试验 被引量:1

Experiment of Wheat Straw Urea-Potassium Hydroxide Chemi-Mechanical Pulping

摘要 本文研究尿素-氢氧化钾法制浆。通过使用尿素和氢氧化钾对麦草进行预处理,在控制尿素、氢氧化钾用量,温度、升温及保温时间条件下,使麦草化机浆成浆得率达到65%以上。结果表明:在尿素用量12%、氢氧化钾用量8%、蒸煮温度120℃、升温时间60min、保温时间90min时,纸浆得率为65.72%,成纸的环压强度指数9.63N.m.g-1、裂断长4.86km、紧度0.51g.cm-3,达到瓦楞原纸国家标准(GB/T13023-2008)中A级水平。 The technology of urea-potassium hydroxide for pretreating wheat straw was studied in this paper. The dosages of urea and potassium hydroxide, temperature, time and liquor ratio were investigated in order to produce a chemi-mechanical pulp which the unscreened yield of the pulp was beyond 65%. The results shown that the chemi-mechanical unscreened yield was 65.72% when the dosages of urea and potassium hydroxide were 12%, 8% respectively, and pretreatment temperature, heating time and keeping time at the high temperature were 120℃, 60min, 90rain separately. The physical properties of the hand sheet were as follow: the ring crush compression resistance index was 9.63N·m·g^-1, breaking length was 4.86km and the tightness was 0.51g·cm^-3, the physical properties had achieved the grade A level of national standard (GB/T 13023-2008) of the corrugated paper.
