梁鼎芬一生中多年掌教书院,先后主讲端溪、广雅书院,任两湖书院监督、两湖师范学堂监督,他极力倡导书院藏书,是书院藏书的忠实践行者。论文介绍了梁鼎芬致力于书院藏书的生平事迹,并分析了其推行的书院藏书之量大、面广、制度完备的特点。

Teaching in the academy all his life, Liang Dingfen had been a chief speaker in the Duanxi Academy and Guangya Academy, supervisor of academies and normal schools of Hubei and Hunan Provinces for many years. He did his utmost to advocate academy collected books, and was a faithful practitioner of academy collected books. This paper introduces Liang Dingfen＇s devotions to academy collected books, and analyzes the characteristics of his academy collected books, which are that the quantity is large and wide, the system is complete.
