摘要
知识经济时代已经到来，其核心是人才的培养。高等院校实验教学有其重要的作用。针对时代要求，结合实验情况，阐述了实验教学人员自身素质提高的必要性和迫切性，提出了一些切实可行的举措。
Knowledge Economy Time has come and training of qualified personnel is its core.In such process,experimental teaching in the institutions of higher learning plays an important role.In view of request of time and existing situation,this paper elaborated upon some practical ideas concerning the enhancement of experimental teaching personnel's quality.
