摘要
将马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)与聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混制成共混体系,体系采用环氧树脂E-44增容,考察共混物体系的热行为、力学性能、相形态、增韧机理。结果表明:PPS与HDPE-g-MAH的相容性有所改善,尤其是环氧树脂E-44的加入,使在增强增韧方面效果更加明显,体系的冲击韧性随着环氧树脂E-44含量的增加表现为先增强后降低。当环氧树脂E-44质量分数为6.5%时,共混体系的拉伸强度提高到52 MPa,冲击强度也达到7.5 kJ/m2。PPS/HDPE-g-MAH/E-44共混体系中,环氧树脂E-44作为增容剂和增韧剂提高PPS基体与HDPE-g-MAH的界面粘结能力,使其共混物达到增强增韧的效果。
The mechanic properties , toughening mechanism and compatibility of the system of polyphenylene sulfide/ maleic anhydride grafted high-density polyethylene/Epoxy resin-d4 (PPS/HDPE-g-MAH/E-d4) were studied. Thermal behavior of the blends was characterized by DSC. The results showed that the compatibility of PPS and HDPE-g-MAH/E-44 had been improved. With the addition of E44, the toughness of blends had a maximum. The results of mechanic property showed that tensile strength of the blends attended 52 MPa and the notched impact strength of the system up to 7.5 kJ/mz when the composite was 6.5 %. In the PPS/HDPE-g-MAH/E-44 blends, E-d4 could enhance interfacial adherence between PPS and HDPE-g-MAH,and made the mechanical properties of the blends well increased.
