The features of moulding process for transceiver out-connection socket has analyzed,and the structure of moulds were introduced. The process was characterized by the improvement of moulding form based on original design, adopt tunnel gate, met the apparent request of small vestige, raised product quality and labor capacity. The structural design for side corepulling were introduced. Productive practice proved that it had a fine product quality and had a better social benefit and economic benefit.
