HEC-AM接枝聚合物溶液性能的研究

摘要 采用氧化还原体系合成羟乙基纤维素-丙烯酰胺(HEC-AM)接枝聚合物,利用旋转黏度计对接枝聚合物溶液的增黏性、耐热性、耐盐性等进行测定。结果表明:在所测试的聚合物质量分数(W)范围内,HEC-AM的增黏性要高于纯的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM);当W(HEC-AM)大于0.8%后,HEC-AM的黏度增长迅速。在同一温度下,HEC-AM溶液黏度均较PAM溶液高,当温度升至80℃时,HEC-AM的黏度保留率为54.4%,PAM的为28%;在80℃下老化5 d后,HEC-AM的黏度保留率为53.3%,PAM为22.7%,HEC-AM比PAM具有更好的耐热性和热稳定性。盐溶液的质量浓度提高,HEC-AM和PAM的黏度均降低,但HEC-AM的耐盐性较PAM好;并且在较高温度下,HEC-AM表现出较好的耐盐性。 Hydroxyethyl cellulose - acrylamide polymer was synthesized by redox, the viscosified property,heat resistance, salt resistance of the graft polymer solution were measured by rotary viscometer. The results showed that the viscosified property of HEC-AM was better than that of pure polyacrylamide (PAM) in the rage of the testing concentrations (w) ;when w (HEC- AM) was higher than 0.8 % ,the viscosity of HEC-AM increased rapidly. At the same temperature, the viscosity of HEC-AM solution was higher than that of the PAM solution,when the temperature rose to 80 ℃ , viscosity retention rate of HEC-AM was 54.4 % ,and that of PAM was 28 % ,after aging 5 days under 80 ℃ ,the viscosity retention rate of HEC-AM was 53.3 % ,and that of PAM was 22. 7 % , the heat resistance and thermal stability of HEC-AM were better than those of PAM. As the concentrations of salt solutions increased,the viscosities of HEC-AM decreased,but the salt resistance of HEC-AM was always better than that of the PAM, and at higher temperatures,the salt resistance of HEC-AM was better than that of PAM.
