摘要 用预膨胀材料与聚丙烯(PP)共混制备低收缩材料。该体系经过预膨胀材料的高温膨胀填补材料的收缩,其制品表面光滑平整,成型收缩率大幅度降低,且力学性能保持稳定。研究了预膨胀材料的加入对共混体系的力学性能、尺寸稳定性的影响。研究表明:预膨胀材料的加入大幅度降低了制品的成型收缩率,同时制品的拉伸强度、弯曲强度保持稳定,一定程度上提高了制品的冲击强度。 The low shrinkage material was prepared by blending pre-expansion material and polypropylene (PP). In this system,the shrinkage of material was filled through the decomposition and expansion of the pre-expansion material. Therefor, the surface of the product was smooth and flat, while, the mold shrinkage was decreased in a large extent with the stable mechanical property. The effect of the adding pre-expansion material on the mechanical property, dimensional stability of the blended system was studied. It was found that the addition of pre-expansion material greatly reduced the mold shrinkage,also kept the stability of the tensile strength and bending strength of product, the impact strength was enhanced in a certain extent as well.
