Synthesis of monoglycerides from high-acid value rice bran oil by Lipozyme 435 catalysis

摘要 以高酸值米糠油为原料,在无溶剂体系下利用Lipozyme 435催化合成甘一酯。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了主要影响因素,得出了制取甘一酯的最佳工艺条件为:底物物质的量比1∶3,加酶量5%(占米糠油质量),反应时间8 h,反应温度80℃。在此条件下产物中甘一酯含量为21.39%。 The high acid value rice bran oil was used as a material, and Lipozyme 435 was used as a cata- lyst to catalyze the synthesis reaction of rice bran oil and glycerol in a solvent - free system. The major in- fluencing factors were determined by single -factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and the opti- mal process conditions of producing monoglycerides were obtained as follows : molar ratio of rice bran oil to glycerol 1 : 3,enzyme dosage 5 % , reaction time 8 h and reaction temperature 80 ℃. Under these condi- tions,the monoglycerides content reached 21.39%.
