摘要 以酯交换反应制备的油茶籽油脂肪酸乙酯为原料,采用正交实验探讨了分子蒸馏参数对油酸乙酯分离效果的影响。结果表明:在蒸馏温度100℃、蒸馏压力10 Pa、进料速率150 mL/h、刮膜转速180 r/min条件下,一级分子蒸馏重组分中油酸乙酯含量为88.3%,回收率为64.6%。二级分子蒸馏轻组分中油酸乙酯含量为91.3%,总回收率为50.6%。分离得到的油酸乙酯各项指标可满足中国药典CP2010要求。 Fatty acid ethyl ester of oil - tea camellia seed oil obtained by transesterification was used as a raw material to separate ethyl oleate by molecular distillation(MD). The influences of the main parame- ters of MD on separation process were investigated by orthogonal tests. The results showed that the aver- age content of ethyl oleate in heavy fraction was 88.3%, and the recovery was 64.6% under the condi- tion of distillation temperature 100℃, distillation pressure 10 Pa, feed rate 150 mL/h and wiped film speed 180 r/min. The content of ethyl oleate in light fraction was 91.3%, and the total recovery was 50. 6% after double - stage MD. The obtained ethyl oleate could meet the indicators of Chinese pharma- copoeia 2010.
