目的:建立测定热淋清片中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇0.1-601.14%4~磷1酸.6(1424∶9μ8g)范,检围内测与波峰长面为积27积3分nm值,呈流良速好为的1线.0性mL关·系m(inr-=1,0进.99样9量9,n为=150);μ平L,均柱加温样为回3收0率℃为。9结8.果87%:没(R食SD子=酸0.进77样%量,n在=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,可用于热淋清片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of gallic acid in relinqing tablets. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (2 ∶ 98) at the detection wavelength of 273 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and injection volume was 10 μL. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of gallic acid was 0.161 44~1.614 4 μg(r=0.999 9, n=5) with an average recovery of 98.87%(RSD=0.77%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate for the analysis of gallic acid in relinqing tablets.
