Content Determination of Icariin in Qianlie Huichun Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立测定前列回春片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-C18柱,流动相在为乙50腈.1～-0.610%1.2磷n酸g范溶围液(内3与0∶峰70面),积检积测分波值长呈为良27好0线nm性,流关速系(为r=1.00.m99L9·8m)i;n平-1,均进回样收量率为为2098μ.2L0,%柱,温RS为D2=51℃.0。%(结n果=:5)淫。羊结藿论苷:进该样法操量作简便、结果准确,可用于前列回春片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of icariin in qianlie huichun tablets. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （30 ∶ 70）. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 20 μL. The column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS： The linear relationship for icariin was 50.1～601.2 ng（r=0.999 8）with an average recovery of 98.20%,RSD=1.0%（n=5）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and suitable for quality control of qianlie huichun tablets.
