麻楝属植物phragmalin柠檬苦素研究进展

摘要 目的对麻楝属植物中的phragmalin柠檬苦素成分的研究进展进行综述,为该属植物的进一步研究与开发奠定基础。方法结合作者的研究工作和相关文献,对从该属植物发现的结构新颖复杂的phragmalin柠檬苦素结构特征和药理活性研究进行综述。结果从麻楝属植物中已分离鉴定了近90个phragmalin柠檬苦素,部分化合物具有昆虫拒食活性,抑制钾离子(K+)转运的作用,对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒活性和抗炎活性。结论为麻楝属植物phragmalin柠檬苦素的进一步研究与开发提供了重要参考。 Objective To review the research progress on the phragmalin-type limonoids from genus Chukrasia.Methods Published papers and our research work about phragmalin-type limonoids from genus Chukrasia have been reviewed inclulding the isolated structures and biological activity.Results About ninety new phragmalin-type limonoids were isolated from plants of genus Chukrasia,and some compounds exhibits insect antifeedant activity,inhibition activity on the delayed rectifier Kt current(IK),cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory activity.Conclusions This review provides an important reference for the research and development of the phragmalin-type limonoids from genus Chukrasia.
