摘要
目的介绍近年来国内外对于心房颤动发病机制研究的新进展。方法依据作者所在的研究室多年研究成果及国内外本领域研究进展,对心房颤动发病的机制从离子通道、受体、纤维化相关分子及microRNA等方面研究进行综述。结果多种离子通道、microRNA和信号转导通路参与心房颤动的发生,这些因素的相互作用是心房颤动发生的原因。结论 心房颤动的防治靶点研究可从纠正离子通道、microRNA和相关小分子的平衡失调入手。
Objective To summarize the progress in the research of mechanisms of atrial fibrillation.Methods According to forty-five articles from the literature retrieval results,this review was to expound the mechanisms of atrial fibrillation in the field of ion channels,receptors,molecules related to fibrosis and microRNAs.Results A variety of ion channels,microRNAs and signal transduction pathways were associated with development of atrial fibrillation,the disbalance of these factors is the main cause of atrial fibrillation.Conclusions The findings suggest potential novel targets for treating atrial fibrillation,to correct the unbalance of the ion channels,microRNAs and small molecules may be a new strategy.
