摘要
针对产学研合作创新这一目前技术整合的重要途径之一,分析其主要组织形式以及产学研合作创新在技术整合流程中具有的优点和不足,提出需要通过完善法规政策、人才流动机制及利益保障机制,推动产学研合作创新在技术整合过程中发挥更大作用。
At present,CEEUSRO cooperation innovation is one of the important ways for technology integration.We analyze the major organization styles of CEEUSRO and its virtues and shortages during technology integration,and propose that we need to optimize legislation and policies,personnel exchange and profits guarantee mechanisms,to propel CEEUSRO cooperation innovation into playing a more important role in technology integration.
