摘要
通过界定科技条件的概念,理定了农业科技条件的内涵,在此基础上探讨了农业科技条件管理的基本概念及其特征,阐释了加强农业科技条件管理的重要意义并提出了加强农业科技条件管理的基本思路。
By synthesizing academic definitions of a variety of conditions of the science and technology,the paper defined the concept of agriculture scientific and technological conditions.The paper determined the content of the conditions of agricultural technology,discussed the basic concepts characteristics of the management of agriculture scientific and technological conditions,and explained the importance for strengthening the management of agricultural science and technology conditions.
