摘要
在分析数据包络分析(DEA)基本模型C2R模型的基础上,建立数学模型对东北地区装备制造业的资源配置进行分析评价,进而得出东北地区装备制造业资源配置相对效率的客观性结论。
On the basis of analyzing the model C2R,which is the basic model of the data envelopment analysis（DEA）,the paper establishes a mathematical model to carry out the analysis and appraisal on the resources allocation of equipment manufacturing industry in the Northeast Area of China,then obtains the objective conclusion of the relative efficiency for its resources allocation.
