肺康复运动训练对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨肺康复运动训练对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的影响。方法选择我院胸外科肺叶切除术后患者40例,随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例。观察组进行常规护理和肺康复运动训练1个月,对照组给予常规护理。两组患者分别于术前及术后1个月进行肺功能测定。结果患者术后一个月肺功能指标FVC、FEV1及MVV与术前比较,差异均具有显著意义(P<0.01)。实施肺康复运动训练1个月后,两组患者肺功能指标FEV1及FEV1/FVC比较,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论肺切除术后患者的肺功能下降;肺康复运动训练能有效改善肺叶切除术后患者的肺功能,促进患者术后康复。
