摘要
试验探索了油茶籽的水酶法提油工艺,研究了原料预处理方式、不同酶系、酶解条件对清油得率的影响。结果表明,原料经过二次粉碎后,果胶酶的作用效果好;酶解温度对工艺结果影响不明显;在固液比1∶4,酶解pH4.5,酶解温度40℃、加酶量1%,酶解时间3 h条件下,清油得率可达到88.63%。
In the present study,the effects of pretreatment methods, enzyme type and process conditions on the yield of Camellia oleifera oil extracted by enzyme - assisted aqueous technology were investigated. The results showed that the use of pectinase after two - time grinding of the raw materials could effectively destroy the cell wall of Camelha oleifera seeds. The effect of incubation temperature on the oil extracted was not significant for this mixture; the optimum conditions of single - factor experiments were the ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 4, initial pH 4.5, temperature 40℃, 1% enzyme concentration and incubation time 3 h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of free oil was up to 88.63%.
