西部农产品对外贸的制约因素与可持续发展策略

Constraints for the Foreign Trade of Agricultural Products and Sustainable Development Strategies in Western China

西部地区具有农产品特色外贸的条件与基础,但同时存在大量的制约因素,基于对农产品贸易的区域结构、贸易方式及其面临的国内外环境的分析,提出西部地区农产品对外贸易可持续发展策略。研究表明:制定和完善农产品对外贸易的可持续发展战略,建立和实施电子商务环境下的西部地区农产品外贸物流的新型模式,能够提升西部农产品的国际竞争力,实现西部建设社会主义新农村的宏伟目标。

The western region has the necessary condition and base of foreign trade featured with agricultural products, but there are a lot of constraints. This paper, based on the analysis of regional trade structures of agricultural products, trade modes and domestic and international environments, puts forward some proposals for the sustainable development strategy of foreign trade of agricultural products in Western China. The results show that the sustainable development strategy of foreign trade of agricultural products should be developed and perfected, and in the e-commerce environment, the new logistics mode of foreign trade of agricultural products should be established and implemented so as to enhance the international competitiveness of the western agricultural products and realize the grand objective of building a new socialist countryside in Western China.
