Academia Resource Planning System of Chinese Academy of Sciences

中国科学院资源规划项目(Academia Resource Planning,简称ARP项目),是实现中国科学院科学的资源规划的信息系统工程。本文从实施范围、运行环境、安全体系、标准规范、应用开发、应用推进、资源管理、信息服务、运行维护、队伍建设等诸方面对ARP项目发展现状进行了论述,并就ARP项目在促进管理创新、辅助管理决策、实现科研管理信息化等方面取得的成效进行了分析。

The project Academia Resource Planning （ARP） is the information system project which implements the resource planning for Chinese Academy of Sciences. This paper illustrates the development state of ARP project from several aspects such as implementation scope, operating environment, security system, standard specification, application development, application improvement, resource management, information service, operation maintenance, and team building. We also analyze the effect of APR project in improving the level of the management innovation, assisting management decision and implementing the research information management.
