干式煤气柜并网运行的实践与效果分析

Practice and Effect Analysis of Combination Operation of Dry Gasholder

新钢公司两座干式焦炉煤气柜原来独立运行,期间分别出现了因进口管网压力低,进气困难的问题和长期处于进口阀关闭状态而失去管网压力调节作用的问题。为解决这两个难题,在两个气柜进口管上安装连通管,实现了两个气柜的并网运行,收到了很好的效果。

Some problems occurred during the two dry coke oven gasholders of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd operated independently,such as difficult inlet due to low inlet pressure of pipe network,loss of pressure adjustment effect of the pipe network owing to long-term closure of inlet valve.In order to settle the two problems,connecting pipes were installed in inlet pipes of the two gasholders to realize combination operation of the two gasholders.It achieved satisfactory effects.
