摘要
转炉炼钢生产中,一次除尘风机振动故障是转炉故障停机的主要因素。通过增加脱水格栅和水雾除尘喷头,解决转子磨损、连接螺栓断裂等,提高风机运行寿命一倍以上。
Vibration failure of primary dust removal fan is a main factor that causes failure outage of converter in converter steelmaking production.The fan running life is improved a times above by increasing dewatering grating and spray head for dust removal,solving problems of rotor wearing and connecting bolt breaking.
