摘要
主要介绍了涟钢2250热轧板厂层流冷却循环水系统在正常生产运行过程中水质"发红"的产生原因,以及水质"发红"对热轧产品质量的影响,并针对循环水水质"发红"的现象采取相对应的处理措施,确保水质合格,系统正常运行。
The ＂reddening＂ causes of water in the laminar flow cooling circulating water system for the 2250 hot rolled plate plant of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co during normal operation were introduced.The reddening effects of water on hot rolling product quality were presented.For this phenomenon,the corresponding measures were adopted to guarantee qualified water quality and normal operation of the system.
