摘要 采用西门子S7400-PLC和SUPERDRIVE A7变频器相结合,实现淬火机冷却水供水系统的自动恒压控制。利用智能控制方法理论,结合现场实际,通过模糊推理运算,经PLC实现模糊PID控制淬火机冷却水压的精确控制。系统性能可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高、人机界面直观。 Siemens S7400-PLC was combined with SUPERDRIVE A7 frequency converter to realize automatic constant pressure control of quenching machine cooling water in the water supply system.In the light of field situation,through fuzzy reasoning operation,the intelligent control method was used to realize accurate control of quenching machine cooling water by PLC and by fuzzy PID.The system had the advantages of reliable performance,convenient operation,high automation degree and intuitive man-machine interface.
