四氢呋喃生产过程中残液的提纯及定性

Purification and qualitative analysis of the waste derived from tetrohydrofuran production

利用质谱和气相色谱对四氢呋喃生产过程中产生的残液进行了定性和定量分析,确定了残液中的物质组成和含量。根据残液中各组分的物性参数使用小型填料精馏塔对四氢呋喃残液进行了精馏分离,得到了较纯的各组分。

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the waste derived from tetrohydrofuran（THF） production were conducted with mass spectrometer and gas chromatograph.The components and their contents in the waste were determined.Refering to the physical property data of each component,the waste derived from THF production was distilled and separated through the packed column in the lab.The pure components were obtained therefrom.
