没药挥发油提取工艺研究

Study on Extract Technology of Myrrha Essential Oil

目的探讨没药挥发油成分提取方法,确定最佳提取工艺。方法以β-榄香烯含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验进行提取工艺的全面优选。结果确定没药挥发油提取方法为CO2超临界萃取法,最佳工艺为:萃取压力25 MPa,温度35℃,萃取时间2 h。结论该工艺成本低,时间短,提取效率高,适合没药挥发油工业化生产。

Objective To study the best extraction method and process of essential oil from Myrrha.Methods The extraction technology was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of β-elemene determined by HPLC as the index.Results The optimal process was as follows：pressure was 25 MPa,temperature was 35 ℃,and extraction time was 2 h.Conclusion The extraction method for Myrrha can save time and energy.It is suitable for the modern production.
