摘要 目的比较白芍配伍前后芍药苷的含量变化,探讨小建中汤配伍的合理性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定并比较小建中汤复方煎液和白芍单煎液中芍药苷的含量。采用Waters XTerra RP-C8色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长232 nm。结果芍药苷在1.006~15.09μg范围内线性良好,白芍单煎液和复方煎液的回收率分别为97.2%和95.1%,单煎液中芍药苷的含量明显低于复方煎液芍药苷的含量(P<0.01)。结论白芍在小建中汤中配伍可以增加有效成分芍药苷的煎出量。 Objective To compare the content of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba and Xiaojianzhong decoction,which was composed of Radix Paeoniae Alba and other Chinese traditional medicines according to TCM theory,to explore the rationality of compatibility.Methods HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin in Xiaojianzhong decoction co-boiling extracts and Radix Paeoniae Alba individual boiling extracts.The difference of their contents of Paeoniflorin was compared.HPLC analysis was performed on a Waters XTerra RP-C8 column(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with water and acetonitrile as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 232 nm.Results A good resolution was achieved in Paeoniflorin and its calibration curve was established with good linearity in the range of 1.006-15.09 ?g.The recovery of the method in individual boiling extracts and co-boiling extracts were 97.2% and 95.1%,respectively.The content of Paeoniflorin was higher in co-boiling extracts than that in individual boiling extracts(P〈0.01).Conclusion The content of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba could be increased significantly after compatibility in Xiaojianzhong decoction.
