摘要
结合目前国家开展基本公共卫生服务均等化改革的实际需要,重点介绍了开展均等化评估的理念和思路,提出了结构化的评估框架,并经过专家咨询,建立了初步的评价指标体系,为下一步开展现场评估奠定了基础。
According to the actual needs of equalization reform on basic public heahh services, the paper introduces the main thinking of designing a structured assessment framework on equalization, through two rounds of experts＇ consultation, works out a preliminary evaluation index system for the assessment, and lays a foundation for establishing a perfect scheme for site study in the next step.
