摘要
目的:了解我院近3年来住院病人疾病构成及人均费用的变化,分析威胁人类健康的主要原因,为我院领导在人、财、物的合理配置上提供参考依据。方法:根据我院2008—2010年住院疾病分类年报,按ICD—10进行疾病分类,对住院病人前10位疾病进行顺位,分析前10位病种费用、住院天数的变化。结果:收治病人数增长24.12%,病种数增加2.52%,人均医疗费用增加5.45%,平均住院日下降1.2天。前10位病种中,其他医疗照顾和肺炎3年中稳居第1、2位,胃恶性肿瘤由第9位上升到第6位。结论:加强前10位疾病防治工作,为人们增强对疾病的预防提供依据,以提高广大群众的健康水平和生命质量。
Objective： To understand the types of disease in the hospital and the change of average cost and to analyze the main causes of threatening people＇s health, in order to offer our leaders references in their reasonable allocation of people, finance and objects. Method： According to the statement of the types of diseases of our hospital from 2008 to 2010, classification of the diseases by ICD-10, the types of top ten diseases of are ranged among patients in the hospital. Analysis of the hospital expenses of the top 10 diseases and the change of hospital days is analyzed. Result： The number of inpatients rises 24.12%, the type of diseases rises 2.52%, the average hospital expenses increases 5.45%, but the average number of hospital days dropped 1.2. Among top 10 diseases, other medical care and pneumonia comfortably rank first and second. Malignant cancer ranks 6 from 9. Conclusion： It is suggested to strengthen disease prevention and treatment of the top 10 diseases to provide references for disease prevention, in order to improve the health level of the masses and life quality.
