双级时效处理7075铝合金既改善性能又节能 被引量:2

摘要 介绍国外学者对7075铝合金挤压件进行不同工艺的人工时效处理,通过硬度、力学性能测试和透射电镜显微组织研究表明,双级时效可加速7075铝合金材料的沉淀动力学和改善其力学性能。采用121℃55 min+177℃55min双级时效制度处理7075铝合金挤压件达到的峰值硬度,与121℃48 h单级时效达到的峰值硬度相当,但时效时间由48 h缩短到2 h。而177℃单级时效所能达到的峰值硬度则低很多。强度和塑性的变化趋势与峰值硬度的变化趋势一致。 The different artificial aging treatments of 7075 aluminum alloy profile abroad have been introduced.The two-step aging treatment of 7075 alloy can accelerate precipitation dynamics and therefore the mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy profile can be increased,which was proved by the testing using hardness tester,mechanical property apparatuses and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The hardness peak value of 7075 aluminum alloy profile can be reached by using two-step aging 121℃ with 55 min holding and 177℃ with 55 min holding.The hardness peak value is correspond to the hardness peak value reached by using single aging treatment at 121℃ with 48 h holding.This is mean that the aging time can be shorted from 48 h to 2 h.But the hardness peak value of the profile being single aged at 177℃ is much lower.The change of mechanical property and plasticity of the alloy keeps the same tendency as the hardness peak value does.
