细长薄壁筒形件错距旋压成形工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 薄壁筒形件变形量大,壁厚公差要求高,加工过程中容易出现壁厚超差、振纹、开裂、脱模困难等问题,为提高生产效率,通常采取错距旋压方式成形。通过对6061铝合金细长薄壁筒形件错距旋压工艺分析及旋压成形试验,分析了旋轮进给比、壁厚减薄率、旋轮轴向和径向错距量、旋压道次、预先热处理工艺规范等对旋压过程和产品质量的影响,为细长薄壁筒形件研究出了一套切实可行的错距强旋成形方案和合理的工艺参数。 The slim thin-wall tube is difficult to produce due to heavy deformation and strict tolerance requirement of tube wall.During fabrication,over tolerance of wall thickness,vibration strips,cracks,mold unloading problem occur easily.So the stepped spinning technology has been adopted for producing thin-wall cylindrical parts due to the large deformation amount and high tolerance requirement.The stepped spinning is usually used for producing the thin-walled cylindrical parts to increase production efficiency.The stepped spinning process has been adopted to produce 6061 aluminum alloy thin-wall tube for analyzing the spinning technology and spinning experience.From the experiment process the spinning roller feeding rate,wall thickness reduction,spinning roller stepped amount at axial and radial direction,spinning pass and heat treatment before spinning have been analyzed.The effect of above mentioned parameters on product quality has been investigated.A set of feasible stepped spinning processing technology and reasonable parameters have been obtained for the production of slim thin-wall tube.
