摘要
通过工艺试验,分析了淬火加热温度、淬火保温时间等对2A50铝合金挤压型材力学性能和布氏硬度的影响。试验结果表明,固溶淬火温度控制在520℃,保温时间根据型材厚度控制在40 min以内,保证材料的加热均匀度,可以生产出高强度、高硬度的2A50铝合金型材。
The effect of solid solution heating temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties and Barcol hardness of 2A50 aluminum alloy profile has been investigated through processes testing.The results show that the solution heat treatment temperature should be controlled at 520℃ and the holding time should be controlled within 40 minutes according to the thickness of the profile.To ensure high strength and high hardness of the products the profile heating should be kept uniform.
